It necessary to demolish many buildings to build the 3rd underground line
At the moment resettlement works for construction of the new underground line has started.
Development of architectural design of the 3rd line construction is in the final stage. It is planned to undergo expert review in October 2012. Now heading works for begging of construction are doing. Sergey Ramodan, the deputy chairman of Minsk Cty Executive Committee told about it on the press conference in capital city hall on 13 June 2012.
As he said, Board of Construction of Minsk Underground has already allotted 39 apartments. These apartments will be given citizen of Minsk which houses must be demolish for construction.
Three underground railway stations (“Grushevka”, “Mihalovo” and “Petrovschina”) will be opened in September 2012. Also in 2017 another 4 stations of the 3rd line must be opened. Opening of new underground railway stations will make better infrastructure of the city and grow demand on real estate.
